Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk Associate to join our new Urgent Care facility, specializing in both general urgent care and psychiatric urgent care services. As the front line of our clinic, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors while efficiently managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk area.
Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.

Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment calendars for healthcare providers.

Requirements:
