Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of assigned jobs from quoting of job through receipt of final payment from customer. Project Managers oversee the processes relating to customers and take care of customer needs. Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following the RestorePro production guidelines. Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies. Manage, and recruit production subcontractors. Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity. Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently. Project Managers have the responsibility to produce an agreed to level of invoicing (revenues) during each month.
Project Manager Responsibilities, tasks and goals include:
- Find and hire subcontractors
- Develop and maintain good business relationships with subcontractors
- Order materials
- Negotiate pricing with sub-contractors
- Negotiate with adjusters, suppliers, and subcontractors to increase job profitability through reducing costs and maximizing settlement amounts
- Communicate with all open job customers daily – protocol is a 2 – 3 minute phone call
- Maintain Customer satisfaction level at 9 or above
- Collect customer satisfaction sheets from jobs and review with General Manager
- Run jobs efficiently
- Write and send estimates within 24 hours
- Write accurate estimates and make sure jobs are done according to job scope
- Meet adjuster on job site to encourage good communication, brand awareness, and agreement on scope and costs
- Determine how much equipment is needed for each job prior to start
- Communicate daily with crew leader on all open projects
- Visit job site within 24 hours of job start. (mandatory)
- Schedule and coordinate jobs with subcontractors, and crews
- Meet at day end with production manager to discuss schedule for next day
- Contact customer at end of day to confirm next appointment and receive customer feedback
- Collect all samples immediately and have tested for asbestos, lead or ITEL
- Moisture mapping for all jobs
- Handle any complaints or issues on assigned projects
- Bring to attention of General Manager any unresolved issues
- Invoice 24 hours prior to completion of job
- Responsible for identifying profitable jobs
- Need to have a budget for every job
- Responsible for having all jobs completed on time and at or below budget
- Collect daily sheets and make sure all paperwork is in order
- Enter notes into DASH every day
- Test materials for potential contamination.
- Must be available for technicians and customers with questions
- Estimates will be done at beginning or end of the day only. Middle of day will be to visit job-sites.
- Collect final payment upon job completion
- Update production notes daily
- Report to production manager, schedule for next day
- Take phone calls after hours 1 week per month (Mon-Sun.)
- Recommend disciplinary action if employees are not following acceptable practices
- Forward all potential referral sources to sales department
- Collect and negotiate settlements with insureds and insurers
- Review all estimates to ensure that the work that was done was completed and was on the estimate.
- Review accounts receivable collections daily
- Review accounts receivable report weekly
- All vendor program jobs must be put on board regardless if customer has been reached
- Update notes weekly for sales review
- Maintain a close rate at or above 80%
- Upload all job paperwork to dash daily
- Provide pipeline report weekly to forecast sales for month
- Print and meet on job profitability report monthly
- Maintain clean and neat desk, vehicle, and appearance

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
