We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative tasks and possess strong organizational skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Oversee phone systems and redirect calls as appropriate
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services
- Utilize Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Teams, To-Do, Outlook Calendar
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and external parties
- Scheduling
- Allocate resouraces for projects
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Experience in vendor management
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software: Microsoft Office- Excel, Outlook, Word
- Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Experience in team management is advantageous
