```Duties```
- Complete rough and finish carpentry as well as other skilled trades on new construction and remodeling projects
- Work with and oversee other carpenters on site
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and building codes

As a Lead Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in completing and overseeing the carpentry work on construction projects ranging from bathroom remodels to large scale custom home construction. You will be responsible for completing varying construction projects with a team of carpenters, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your attention to detail and strong leadership skills will contribute to the successful completion of projects.
