We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Laboratory Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibilities include receiving samples, preparing them for analysis, conducting various analyses, and managing sample data. The successful candidate will perform environmental sample analyses, including pH, TDS, alkalinity, and other EPA-mandated drinking water parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and prepare samples for testing.
- Conduct tests on samples and manage data.
- Operate lab equipment and use our LIMS software.
- Perform routine lab duties as needed.
- Work with senior chemists to manage sample backlog.
- Communicate with other departments on technical issues.
- Follow strict lab protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Able to operate lab equipment and software.
- Able to work independently with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Must be available for overtime.
- Expected hours: 40–50 per week.
