**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for treatments and follow-ups.
- Manage patient records, including updating medical and dental information accurately.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Utilize Dentrix software to maintain patient data and treatment plans efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient information.
- Provide administrative support in a fast-paced dental office setting.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a similar role, in a dental office environment.
- Proficiency in Dentrix is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Weave and Dentrix is a plus.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
