Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Specialist who is professional, organized, and self-driven. You’ll be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a structured and effective recruiting strategy to grow our team. In this role, you’ll help cultivate best practices working closely with HR and leadership in a growing production environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with HR partners to develop and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies from talent sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify hiring needs, screening processes, and selection criteria
- Manage various HR tools including ATS workflows, HRIS transactions, and other recruiting tools
- Works with HR team to research best practices to ensure competitive wages, referral programs, and retention strategies
- Attend job fairs and other recruiting events
- Track and provide accurate reports for hiring, separations, and retention data
- Deliver guidance and training internally to ensure consistent screening practices
- Develop and manage partnership with temp agencies to ensure company standards are maintained in their screening and placement protocols
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Requirements:
- Recruitment experience in a fast paced environment
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, comfortable in presenting
- Demonstrated experience partnering with a diverse group of candidates, teams, and leaders
- Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and problem solving
- Proficient use of technology including ATS, HRIS, and Windows Operating Systems
- Highly organized and reliable
- Well versed in employment rules and regulations
- Must possess good judgment and critical thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
