Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Duties:
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, copying, and scanning
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and referring to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in order entry and processing
- Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- Conduct proofreading tasks for documents and correspondence
- Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks software
- Manage medical receptionist duties if required
