JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for ensuring the quality of all masts by way of functional testing and documenting results per LTI Standard Work Instructions, Common Process Standards, and Common Work Instructions.
Responsibilities:

Proficient in Overhead crane Operation.

A complete understanding of proper sling usage and safety requirements.

Ensure the quality, function, and appearance of masts.

Knowledgeable of applicable job-specific QP standard procedures and capable of demonstrating those skills.

Properly document the results for each mast tested.

Maintain the daily production goals established by the Coordinator.

Additional duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

A technical degree is preferred and/or 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and do inspections under production conditions.

Capable of standing in one place for long periods.
