IGO Medical Group – OB/GYN Supervisor (Call Center) - Full Time Days with Benefits
IGO Medical Group is currently seeking a working Supervisor to manage our call center. This position reports directly to the COO/CEO. This is a 40 hour per week position (days Monday through Friday) with a competitive benefit package including health insurance, vacation/sick time, employee discounts and a pension plan. The salary offered will be commensurate with education and experience.
Located in the Golden Triangle area, IGO Medical Group has been providing comprehensive women’s healthcare in a comfortable and convenient private practice setting since 1979. Position Overview: Provide administrative and supervisory functions for busy OB/GYN call center.
Education and experience: High school diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred. Must have a minimum of five years supervisory/ medical office/call center experience including at least five years of OB/GYN experience. Must have electronic health records experience, Epic preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

- Documenting appropriate telephone messages
- PPO/Medicare insurance knowledge a must
- Experience with insurance verification and eligibility
- Procedure Scheduling Experience is a plus
- Ability to deliver exceptional care to our patients
- Must provide a high level of customer service which exceeds IGOs Patient Care Standards
- Participation in office and leadership meetings is required.
- Other duties as assigned by the COO/CEO.
