What you will do:
- Continuously collaborate with the Market Production Coordinator to ensure the Market’s weekly production schedule reaches maximum revenue opportunities and consistently achieves assigned goals includes replacing cancelled or rescheduled jobs with revenue opportunities
- Review of design plans and contract prior to scheduling to identify discrepancies, additional information needed, and/or custom requests that will impact scheduling.
- Provide coverage to the Market Production Coordinator when workload dictates. This can include Welcome Calls, job plan assembly, confirmation calls, prep reviews, payment confirmations, etc.
- Handle customer service calls with poise and professionalism in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Market’s procurement needs including PO log management, estimated dates of delivery, delivery receipt/inspection, etc. Meet with the General
- Provide labor support on projects as required (e.g. waterproofing for basements and crawl spaces, foundation repair, mold remediation/mitigation, etc.)
- Deliver 5-star customer service experiences in all interactions with our customers.
Successful candidates will have:
- Construction experience, preferably a minimum of 2 years
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong teamwork mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to occasionally assist with physical labor on job sites if needed
- Clean driving record and ability to obtain DOT medical card to drive company vehicle
