Scheduler (Manufacturing Facility)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in coordinating production schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Duties:
- Work closely with Shop Management/Project Management to create schedules, progress reports and any other necessary documentation
- Coordinate with clients, project engineers, or other project representatives
- Project shop staffing needs as well as appropriate project and construction management personnel
- Create master schedule for the shop
- Collaborate with suppliers to vaticinate material availability and plan accordingly
- Identify blockers, milestones, spot critical path issues and relay information to appropriate personnel
- Fabricate reports on production progress and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred, not required
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in construction/heavy plate manufacturing
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Fast Track Scheduling or equivalent
- Must have good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to perform under high stress conditions and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
- Project planning: 2 years (Preferred)
- Project scheduling: 2 years (Preferred)
