Regional Recruiter Job Duties:

Use job boards to post job advertisements for office and technical positions
- Utilize multiple Applicant Tracking systems (Workstream, Indeed, LinkedIn) to track, organize, and communicate with candidates

Source candidates externally through cold-calls and cold-texts.

Communicate with potential candidates through text message, phone calls, emails, and in-person

Schedule interviews for managers between locations.

Community Involvement

Establish lasting relationships with candidates

Promote the company’s purpose, values, and vision
-
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
-
Promote HR programs and assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
-
Establish relationships with trade schools, and attend career fairs
-
Undertake tasks around performance management
-
Gather and analyze data
-
Assist the Director of Human Resources as needed
-
Peforms other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in Recruitment and/or as an HR specialist
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
High degree of professionalism and ability to work in a confidential environment
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A self-starter with a driven mentality

Aptitude in problem-solving

Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) is a plus

Drug screen and background check required
