Job Title: Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure new business accounts within the plastic food and beverage sector, expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the plastic manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the plastic food and beverage manufacturing industry through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored plastic solutions for food and beverage packaging.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless on boarding process for new accounts.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesperson, Sales Representative, or similar role in the plastic manufacturing industry, particularly within the food and beverage sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
