Riverpark is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team of culinary professionals. This individual will oversee all aspects of the culinary program and work in support of the Executive Chef and Vice President of Culinary. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of related management experience in a high volume and fine dining guest service environment placing a primary focus upon expediting, elevated levels of organizational and cleanliness skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
In addition to being a strong team collaborator the ideal candidate will possess a passion for the culinary arts, knowledge of food and labor costing, menu development, and providing mentorship to all team members to further develop their competencies.
