Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business to Business Sales Representative at Kingsbridge, you'll have the opportunity to engage with business leaders in your community through various outbound activities, including:
- Networking and attending events
- Cold calling and relationship-building
- Delivering gifts to potential clients
- Planning and participating in community events
Your day will be divided into two primary focus areas:
- Outreach: Engage in activities like networking, event attendance, gift deliveries, and social media engagement.
- Follow Through: Conduct phone calls, perform client assessments, and maintain ongoing communication with leads.
What We Offer:
All Commission Pay Structure: Unlock high earning potential with our lucrative compensation plan.
- Initial payment of $500 for each new client.
- An additional $100 every month for every client you secure, for as long as the client and salesperson are with the company.
- $50,000 bonus upon hitting quota.
- Additional bonuses, contests, and recognition opportunities.
Expected Income:
- Minimum income for hitting quota: $105,000/year.
- Top 25% performers in their second year: $200,000+/year.
- Top performers: $350,000+/year.
