Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle assigned tasks, and assist with client projects.
Duties:
- Corresponding in a professional manor with clients
- Building presentations in PowerPoint
- Creating proposals for prospective clients
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and meetings
- Provide customer support and address inquiries promptly
- Create invoices as needed
Experience:
- Experience with MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Experience with learning new on-line technology and programs
- Experience in a lead role of communicating with customers or clients
- Experience managing multiple calendars
This position if for someone who requires very little oversight, has the ability to work through issues and develop solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
