The construction project coordinator job is a new position in our fast growing residential remodeling and renovation firm.
Working under the direct supervision of the owner of the company, the project coordinator's role is to serve as an intermediary between our customers, the project superintendent, our design studio, suppliers, and our sub contractors.
Typical tasks include:
- Filing of building permits with various municipalities
- Purchasing of materials from vendors and suppliers
- Coordinating the schedule of material deliveries and the start times of each project,
- Securing post-project photos and customer reviews.
- Some driving to customer locations is required, however mileage is reimbursed.
Training will be in our St. Peters office and transition to a remote or semi remote position working from home.

We're working on multiple remodeling projects including basement, kitchen, and bathroom remodels in Chesterfield, Ballwin, Town and Country, Kirkwood, Maryland Heights, Clayton. Des Peres, Frontenac, Ladue, Creve Coeur, St. Charles, St. Peters, and surrounding communities.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in the residential construction industry.
- Manage time, projects, and communicate effectively.
- Experienced in Windows computer operating system and standard business software.
- Bachelors’ degree or professional certifications a plus, but not required.
