Looking For Maryland Licensed Therapists Only
We are primarily looking for mental health professionals with an active Maryland license. But if you don't currently have a Maryland license but are licensed elsewhere, please still apply as we can discuss options to help you get your Maryland license.
Role Description
Our behavioral health therapists are responsible for providing individual and group therapy to clients of all ages who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, and/or mental health difficulties. You will also conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients to address mental health concerns.
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of social work.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources and services.
- Provide education and support to clients' families and caregivers.

Requirements
- An active LCSW-C / LCSW / LCPC / LGPC / LMSW or equivalent licensure in the state of Maryland is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups through therapy and counseling settings, specifically using evidenced-based practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in active listening strategies.
- Familiarity with teletherapy technologies, comfort with using and learning new technology applications, and proficiency in computer skills.
- Commitment to professional development through ongoing training and obtaining continuing education credits to maintain license and advance skills.
