**Responsibilities:**
- Assist patients, residents, and clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.

- Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and the principles of HIPAA.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) to document patient care.

**Experience:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a related field is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and the principles of HIPAA is essential.
- Certification in Nursing Assistant is required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
