Currently, we are looking for motivated individuals to help build our brand and sell our products in Los Angeles natural retailers.
About You: You are sociable and friendly, able to easily start a conversation with anyone. You have a strong interest in health and wellness, and it's even better if you enjoy outdoor activities.
Most importantly, you support our product and brand and can effectively sell it to customers.
About The Role: This role is part-time, with approximately 12-16 hours per week (~4 demos/week), which may vary depending on the period. Your main responsibility will be conducting product samplings/demonstrations at Foodland Markets across Oahu. The purpose of these demos is to establish relationships with store employees and shoppers, encourage product trial and awareness, and ultimately drive product sales. As a brand ambassador, you are expected to uphold our brand standards and provide insights from the field to our internal team.
Responsibilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with store associates.
- Act as the face and expert of our brand during customer interactions.
- Execute product demos in all Gelsons stores in December and January.
- Share field insights with our internal team.
- Welcome feedback and make improvements to our demo playbook.
- Meet sales targets for each demo.
- Inform in-store shoppers about special promotions and offers.
- Capture on-site content to promote and share on our social media platforms.
- Attend and contribute to our weekly all-team meeting.

- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Pay is based on experience level, Applicants must be based on Oahu, possess US work authorization, a valid driver's license, and have access to a vehicle.
