Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and managing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Utilize software such as DocuSign, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Prior experience in event planning is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with data entry processes
- Previous experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous
