We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team. As a Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various day-to-day tasks such as phone calls, sales, receptionist duties, commission pay and clerical skills. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with faculty, students, clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
Phone etiquette, sales, receptionist duties, and clerical skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills, Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, Managing Social Media is a plus. Experience in a similar role is preferred. Fully Bilingual is a must!

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
