Compensation:
$40,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals

Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently

Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points

Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends

Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead-generating activities goals to ensure future business

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Demonstrate newly purchased equipment to clients when they pick up their vehicles

Participate in training both in and out of the store

Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries

Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)

Answer customer questions via phone and in person about specific products/services

Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

“Go the extra mile” to drive sales

Provide customer feedback to the Sales Supervisor

Store merchandising including maintaining displays

Keep abreast of new trends in the industry

Actively seek out customers in-store

Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

Process POS (point of sale) purchases

Cross-sell products

Handle returns of merchandise

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Build productive trust relationships with customers

Comply with inventory control procedures

Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
Qualifications:-
Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience

High school diploma is required and some industry or product knowledge preferred

Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines

Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
