ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1) Comply with all company policies, procedures, and conduct.
2) Strictly adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards.
3) Receive, label and safely store testing samples using Universal Precautions.
4) Record tests and analyses and reporting.
5) Organize sample storage in accordance with all safety and FDA requirements.
6) Clean and maintain laboratory equipment, including equipment calibrations as needed.
7) Maintain equipment records and work logs.
8) Remain current on study protocols that require laboratory spec, equipment and
supplies.
9) Ensure laboratory supplies remain at established par levels.
10) Process and ship lab specimens according to protocols.
11) Report issues to management.
12) Meet all study protocol requirements and deadlines.
13) Other tasks and responsibilities as requested to facilitate business needs.
