Window & Door Remeasure Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide vital support to field remeasure technicians, ensuring seamless operations.
- This vital support will mainly be 90% office work and 10% out in the field when needed
- Organize and maintain remeasure paperwork, facilitating efficient workflows for field technicians.
- Update remeasure information into our CRM system promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all remeasure data is organized and up-to-date.
- Provide support to the Installation/Service department as needed.
- Attend weekly production and installation meetings to stay updated on project progress.
Sign Off Apprentice Responsibilities:
- Assist Remeasure Manager in various tasks to streamline operations.
- Provide detailed notes outlining the scope of work needed for job completion
- Conduct in-office measure reviews to ensure order size accuracy to be submitted for processing to our purchasing department.
- Review new sales contracts and remeasure sheets for accuracy
- Prepare detailed materials and trim takeoff sheets for each job
Window & Door Remeasure Coordinator/ Sign off Apprentice Experience and Skills Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in window/door installation or service environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Customer service skills to address and resolve concerns.
- Mechanical aptitude for problem-solving.
- General computer skills.
- Availability for a 40-hour workweek with potential for overtime, Monday through Friday, and infrequent Saturdays.
