As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, the core responsibility you have is to help solve our customer's problems. Day in and day out, you'll work on the phone building strong relationships and crafting tailored solutions to assist homeowners in need of selling. We're seeking bright personalities that shine through the phone, fueled by genuine curiosity and an insatiable hunger for success.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, nurture, and grow customer relationships with homeowners in need of selling their property
- Master our proven sales process and scripts
- Qualify inbound leads and discover how to solve the homeowners unique needs
- Negotiate purchase agreements with finesse
- Maintain meticulous organization within our CRM system
- Deliver end-of-day reports on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with the leadership team on new opportunities
- Ensure consistent follow-up with qualified prospects
- Maintain a full-time office presence
Results:
- Engage in quality conversations with motivated leads to uncover their selling needs
- Manage CRM tasks to ensure no client follow-up is overlooked
- Maintain a fallout rate below 25%
- Generate a minimum of $100,000 in closed revenue monthly
- Secure at minimum 10 signed contracts per month
- Achieve a qualified lead to opportunity conversion rate of 10%
- Adhere to all internal communication standards
