We are hiring a full-time outside sales representative in a B2B sales role to join our growing team! The ideal candidate would have already established relationships, be highly motivated, a self-starter, and comfortable meeting new people to solicit new sources of business as well as have excellent relationship management skills. The goal of this role is to create as many new sales opportunities as possible by building relationships with other businesses that would have repeat fence projects.
This position offers a competitive compensation package for the right individual. Compensation package to be determined based on applicants skills, track record, existing connections and competency.
Responsibilities:
1. Transfer, maintain and build a network of relationships within a company monitored CRM from which to identify, pursue and maintain business relationships beneficial to the company.
2. Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
4. Conduct site visits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Follow up post project completion to make sure we didn’t miss the mark and see what needs to be done to improve for the next project, if anything.
5. Responsible for pursuing new leads to contract.
6. Responsible for building new relationships and maintaining those relationships on an ongoing basis so continued work beyond the first contract is ensured.
Requirements:
1. Someone who is already in a similar field of work (window sales, pool sales, or material sales, etc.) and has significant connections with custom home builders, commercial GC’s, pool builders, property/CAM managers, site developers or other mutually beneficial relationships
2. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
