As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define the product vision, develop a roadmap, and drive execution to achieve business objectives.

Hours: Day shift, 40-hour work weeks. During training, 8am - 5pm. Flexible schedule options available between 7am - 7pm after six months of employment.
Setting: Professional office environment. Local hybrid opportunity available.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.

Define the product vision and roadmap to guide product development efforts.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market and supplemental technology opportunities, understand customer needs, and assess the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product strategy and prioritize feature development.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating customer needs into actionable user stories and product features. Define product specifications and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, project management and sales teams to align priorities, facilitate communication, and ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap. Act as a liaison between different departments to drive product development efforts.

Lead the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. Define and prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive awareness, generate demand, and achieve adoption goals. Develop product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.

Monitor product performance and key metrics, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize product features. Gather customer feedback and insights to iterate on the product and enhance the user experience.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, soliciting feedback, and managing expectations. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and support for the product.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Previous experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology companies or software development environments.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.

Thorough understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to engage with technical teams to understand feasibility and constraints.

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal. Experience leading teams in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.

Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, with a focus on delivering products that provide value and improve the customer experience.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities, market conditions, and business needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision, priorities, and requirements to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
