Position: Business Development Executive
Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Location: Tallahassee, Florida
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major U.S. clients (State, Federal and large private companies). • Analyse trends in market and align the same with Tech Army’s strategies to identify the opportunities to cash in on.
- Expanding business relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs & growing business opportunities.
- Responsible for identifying, screening, and developing new business. Accountable for sourcing of new clients. • Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies. • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across companies.
- A competitive mindset who is always on the hunt for new business opportunities and is eager to contribute to regional growth.
- Pays strong attention to detail, is extremely organized, and has strong ‘follow-up’ skills. • Develop trusting, lucrative business relationships with key decision makers as a proponent of healthcare technology integration initiatives. • Deliver strategic partnerships and acquisitions that support enterprise business strategy, moving opportunities from concept to market testing and business integration.
- Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and business development plans, including acquisition and integration of market database.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Should be willing to travel.
- Candidates with BBA/MBA of sales/business development would be preferred.
- Understanding of B2B sales and negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & knowledge of sales techniques.
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
