Seeking a professionally minded cleaner to help with vacation rental cleaning, storage inventory/organization and laundry management.
We are looking for someone that is the following

Seeking Full Time commitment. Has weekend availability.
Has a car (preferred)
Is hardworking and self motivated. Has great people skills and communication skills. Preferably close to Waikiki (though if you're willing to commute regularly or on short notice, that is okay).
NON NEGOTIABLES
- Can work INDEPENDENTLY, once you get trained you will be expected to work independently
- Please do not be late or cancel scheduled meetings (virtual or in person). Most of the day the day work has some flexibility built into it but when it comes to meetings, punctuality is a must and a being late or unresponsive to emails will be a candidate disqualifier.
- Highly trainable and adaptable.
- Can be trained to use website software for communication (all training materials will be provided and it's generally not hard but if it's very difficult for you to learn computer-based programs, this position may not be for you).
- Have access to the internet (we communicate predominantly via email and tutorials are sent through video links and shared folders).
- Easy to train and adapt to our high standards and work ethic. No prior work experience necessary but please come with the eagerness to do your best to work with the owner directly and staff, if needed! Can work well with the team! Can evolve with the situation (adaptable). Has a Growth Mindset. Has a sense of urgency. Has basic problem-solving skills. Has an optimistic and positive approach to life and business. Please, no complainers or drama.
WHAT WE DO: We are a real estate/vacation rental service provider. Designed to support the needs of the properties including the guests. This can include guest services and concierge. We take care of people first, then properties. We also operate an interior design and art firm specifically targeted towards vacation rentals. Some tasks can include but are not limited to (training is provided in all areas):
CLEANING: The cleaning and set up of vacation rental property at a high standard. This is 80% of our operations. It helps if you actually like to clean.
LAUNDRY: Wash and organize linens.
SET UP: The presentation piece of the property. Includes placement of towels, linens, bedding, etc.
STORAGE & INVENTORY INTERIOR DESIGN ASSISTANCE: (Interior design background not necessary) Painting. Shopping for decor, furniture, supplies, etc. Moving things out. This is not the bulk of the business but is a service we provide when we onboard new property.
MISC: Running any kind of errands. Anything that can help the business. This is great for: -college students that need to study and have classes but then can do work in their free time. -people who have another job but what to add extra with work that's flexible. -people who like to work independently with little supervision. -people who have ambitions to run their own business, we can provide experience and teach as a stepping stone to your own business. -people who want to explore the real estate industry as we are focus in that arena
The benefits: 1. We want to take care of you if you're a good fit. This is currently a position for W2 EMPLOYEES. Payroll & Benefits are done through a professional company. They will conduct background checks.
2. Some flexibility with tasks and projects. Sometimes tasks need to be done within the week (ex: shopping for supplies) or can be completed within a window of time during the day (ex: a grocery delivery). With tasks that are time-sensitive, we are looking for someone with flexibility, promptness and efficiency.
3. If you're a great fit and vice versa, we can also offer more options and expand roles outside of the current role. It all depends on you and what makes you happy.

COMPENSATION: $19/hr. We will offer benefits if you qualify (20hr/week). Please keep in mind, like many businesses on the island we were hit by Covid shutdown. As we grow and rebuild, compensation rates will be re-evaluated. Also, other opportunities, including managerial positions may be available.
