Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial aspects, practice operations, office administration, and human resources within the office setting.
Duties:
- Implement and oversee financial management strategies to ensure the fiscal health of the dental practice
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow
- Provide leadership in utilization management to optimize efficiency and quality of patient care
- Supervise and support staff in their daily tasks
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting to support business growth and sustainability
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical or dental office management
- Proficiency in EMR and EHR systems, with a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting and fiscal management within a healthcare setting
- Experience in supervising staff and overseeing day-to-day operations
- Knowledge of medical terminology and records management
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft and Dentrix software is a plus

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
