RQC, headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, with a Regional Office presence in Jacksonville, Florida, and Jacksonville, North Carolina, is seeking to hire a part-time (to possible full-time) Human Resource (HR) Assistant to support our growing operations across the United States. This position is responsible for providing administrative support, particularly for the HR Generalist Team and HR Analyst, for the day-to-day operations of human resources processes and functions in order to support desired business results. The position will integrate their efforts within our corporate HR department, providing support for all regions in all US and Puerto Rico time zones.

Pay and Benefits: We offer competitive wages of $20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with match, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and bonus program eligibility. This position is part-time, but has the potential to become full-time.
Work Location: Hybrid work arrangement with remote work acceptable, with the ability to work on site (either at our Jacksonville, FL OR Camp Lejeune, NC) office locations required (1-2 days/week).

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HR ASSISTANT

An AA degree or 24 units of college course work, preferably with Human Resources or Business Administration coursework, is the minimum formal education required for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may be qualifying.
- Strong Technical skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Information Systems (Oracle HRIS preferred), and demonstrated attention to detail required.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.

Two years of applied work experience in an office function required.

Two or years' applied work experience in a Human Resources/HRIS function is desired.
