Right at Home of Nassau & Queens is an award-winning Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). We are seeking a dynamic, intelligent, motivated, and hard-working person to serve as Director of Partnership Development.
As Director of Partnership Development, you’ll be responsible for identifying, creating, and pursuing growth opportunities. Your primary goals are to expand the organization's reach, increase market penetration, and grow sales. The specific responsibilities and duties can vary but generally include:
- Lead Generation: Develop new referral sources in the specified territories
- Relationship Building: Develop new relationships and strengthen existing ones. Meet with key referral sources such as rehab facilities, discharge planners, social workers, hospitals, assisted living centers, physician offices, etc.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement an effective sales strategy that supports market diversification through the identification of niche referral opportunities.
- Brand Building – Generate and qualify leads by networking, attending industry events, and utilizing various marketing and sales tactics.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.
- Revenue Growth: Set and achieve revenue targets and business development goals.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Agency Admin team to achieve objectives
Qualifications
- Sales or Business Development Experience – 3 years (required)
- Home Care Experience – 3 years (preferred)
- Associate degree or higher (preferred)
