Purpose of this position:
To support the facility by operating the housekeeping department in a cost effective, efficient manner to safely meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required as well as at least one year in environmental services is preferred.
Work Listing:

15. Consistently work cooperatively with residents, residents’ representatives, Facility staff,
physicians, consultants and ancillary service providers.
16. Adhere to break, meal and clock in/out procedures.
17. Ensure the QI process is adhered to effectively and consistently for all team members.
18. Adhere to Hazardous Communication policies and procedures including using PPE as
required.

The physical demands and work environment described herein is a representative of those that
generally, must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
- This position primarily involves standing, walking, twisting, reaching, bending/stooping, pushing and pulling (typical weight of 5 lbs. and maximum weight of 30 lbs., approximately), and lifting
(Minimum weight of 5 lbs. and maximum weight of 30 lbs., approximately)
- The position requires repetitive finger movements as well as hearing and talking on the phone and in person.
- Must be able to continuously deal effectively with stress created by residents, multiple tasks, noises, interruptions, and work cooperatively as part of the health care team while maintaining a pleasant attitude
