Our client is looking for a talented Copywriter to join their team and contribute to their internal communication processes and platforms!
As a Copywriter, you will execute the strategic internal communication processes for the Customer Support team. You will work closely with the Communications Lead and Team Lead to manage the channels and processes that govern our client's communication with Team Members, Operators, Customer and Support Agents, and other key internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a strong ability to write clear and concise copy that aligns with the brand tone and meets stakeholder objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and design staff communications and email campaigns.
- Manage SharePoint with a focus on maintaining quality.
- Update and maintain SharePoint pages.
- Support the execution of internal campaigns across various teams within Support Now.
- Develop compelling narratives about Customer and Restaurant Support work that inform and inspire various audiences.
- Create content for the weekly Support Now newsletter.
- Create content for emails, intranet articles, design projects, presentation decks, etc.
- Assist staff with ad hoc communications as needed.
- Manage communication platforms, including Slack, Teams, SharePoint, and MailChimp.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in InDesign.
- Knowledge in Monday.com.
- Knowledge of SharePoint site management.
- Highly motivated, creative thinker with a hands-on approach and a critical eye for detail.
- Strong time management skills with the motivation to work as a team.
- Desire to work collaboratively to support a large team in a fast-paced, Contact Center environment.
