Munie Greencare Professionals is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional support to clients, addressing and resolving customer-related inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including maintaining records, booking travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, and handling basic clerical tasks.
- Crew Scheduling: Manage workflow through industry-specific scheduling software, ensuring optimal productivity and resource allocation for crewmembers.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain company files, records, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and confidential.
- Meeting Facilitation: Prepare materials for meetings, attend meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal team members.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Financial Administration: Support minor financial tasks such as expense tracking, financial record keeping, and processing invoices.
- Process Improvement: Leverage in-depth training to adhere to and improve existing processes, contributing to overall organizational productivity.
- Database Management: Identify and correct errors in record-keeping, enhancing the accuracy and effectiveness of the company’s data.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a customer service or related role.
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Proven problem-solving abilities, particularly related to customer service and contracts.
- Professional presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver reports to management.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn operations software (e.g., Real Green, Aspire).
- Demonstrated dependability with a commitment to upholding company values.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective and professional correspondence.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
