Responsibilities

Provide quality processed and sterilized instrumentation and supplies throughout the hospital, following regulatory guidelines and departmental procedures.

Assuring suitable delivery of instrumentation to all departments serviced.

Support and promote departmental priorities with respect to personal and patient safety.

Effectively organize activities in a time efficient manner to ensure the delivery of care is proficient.

Comprehend and complete regulatory recordkeeping as set by departmental policies.
Qualifications
Job Requirements

High school or equivalent education
-
CBSPD certification or equivalent for Sterile Instrument Processing must be completed no more than one year after date of hire
Preferred Job Requirements
-
Surgical instrumentation experience
