Position: Regional Manager - Outdoor Lighting and Electrical Division
Location: DFW Metroplex
Salary: $80,000-$120,000k + bonuses

Summary: Oversee the Outdoor Lighting and Electrical portion of business within the DFW Metroplex. Provide exceptional customer service while managing and maintaining multiple functions and aspects of the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Manage Customers Contacts and communications by phone, email, and text
● Manage and Oversee an Administrative Assistant to help with customer service, collecting
account receivables and scheduling.
● Manage our Customer Base thru our Service Software
● Design, estimate, and sell Landscape Lights thru qualified leads including night time
demonstrations
● Make night time adjustments with customers for new installs, additions, and General maintenance
plans
● Maintain accounting including Billing, payments, collecting and creating invoices
● Oversee and Manage your provided warehouse/office facilities, inventory, Trucks and Vans, and
Install Crews
● Maintain and provide inventory weekly and monthly and order supplies as needed
● Input all work into our scheduling software (work orders, new installs, General maintenance
plans) and communicate with customers and crews
● Maintain excellent customer service and relationships with our customers
● Manage and stay within budget for the region.
● Oversee projects across DFW, occasional limited travel to other areas within Texas.
Qualifications:
● Self driven, can work autonomously
● Proven success and resilience in a high-volume work environment
● Experience leading a team/crew
● Experience using a customer database
● Scheduling and supervision experience, preferably in a labor-intensive industry
● Excellent communication skills
● Direct sales and/or customer service experience
● Electrical or Construction experience preferred
Requirements
● High School Diploma or equivalent
● Must be able to pass a background check
● Must be able to work hours/locations demanded by the position
