Duties:
- Lead the sales efforts by effectively marketing and selling our products to potential clients

- Conduct warm & cold calling and analyze market trends to identify potential leads and drive sales strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to business development initiatives
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions and track sales progress
Qualifications:
- Required to maintain a Property & Casualty License
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record in sales, particularly in insurance sales
- Experience in negotiating, analyzing market data, and driving sales growth
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing client relationships
- Strong ability to conduct warm calling, analyze market trends, and drive successful sales strategies
- Business development experience with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets
