Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Process payments using cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Assist with food preparation as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Skills:
- Customer service: Providing excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Kitchen: Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation.
- Culinary: Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients.
- Time management: Efficiently managing time to provide prompt service.

- POS: Operating a point-of-sale system for order entry and payment processing.
- Guest services: Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
