This role will run from August 14, 2024, to May 28, 2025. You'll be working onsite only, splitting your time between two schools. At one school, you'll work three days a week, and at the other, you'll spend two days a week. This setup provides a dynamic and varied work environment where you can truly impact multiple student populations.
To qualify, you must be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with an active Professional Educator License (PEL). The caseload details will be explained during the interview, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the expectations and needs of the students you'll be serving.
In this position, you'll be responsible for providing direct speech-language therapy services, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success. Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and creating a positive and effective therapeutic environment will be key components of your role.
