Seeking an assistant project manager familiar with NYC construction management process. Chinese and/or Spanish language skills a plus. Daily tasks include- but are not limited to:Aid in project collection of pricing from sub-contractors and vendors as needed, OSHA training is a must
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of subcontract agreements and proposals/change order checklist.
- Ensure all project documents are stored and tracked on a timely basis
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of project budget.
- Help Project Engineer in review of bids and related documents
- Maintain effective communication between general contractors, engineers, architects, and clients
- Review, prepare and assemble submittals in accordance with contract documents
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Must have minimum 5 years construction experience
- Have build restaurant build up experience will be plus
