Our Management Assistants help expedite the process of our business strategy implementation and play a pivotal role in the success of our clients and the expansion of our team. The core function of the Management Assistant is to be the main point of contact between our clientele and customer accounts. They will meet directly with new customer accounts, provide service recommendations tailored to the customer's needs, problem solve customer accounts, close sales, and maintain a positive relationship between the brand and customer to increase customer retention. They are heavily invested in working with our sales team to ensure a return on investment, take a front-facing role in building and maintaining relationships, and are a key player in our growth and success in the future.
Responsibilities of our Management Assistant include:
- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing customer accounts providing service recommendations, answering questions, and processing sales orders
- Retain, grow, and diversify a strong sales pipeline, and maintain customer loyalty
- Complete and surpass any sales goals while working with the sales team, and cross-sell other products/services when applicable
- Gain a deep understanding of our client's goals and strategize to implement actionable steps to reach sales and revenue targets
- Maintain compliant sales records on all customer accounts to ensure the completion of timely reports as required by management
- Develop a regional territory profile with local competition, customer preferences, and market trends to enhance the sales positioning of the client’s brand
Qualifications we look for in a successful Management Assistant:
- A Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration is preferred but not required with relevant and equivalent work experience
- Negotiation skills to ensure smooth delivery throughout the sales process
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A team player with the want to collaborate with sales team members
- Critical and analytical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication skills while working with clients and other team members

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
