Morgan Stanley Dean Witter-HC in New York, NY, is seeking a Power Solution Architect responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of overall solutions. This role involves ensuring that technical solutions meet current and future business needs. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Dynamics 365 customer apps ecosystem and Microsoft Power Platform, along with domain expertise in finance industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with business users across locations to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions based on the Power platform.

Perform solution envisioning and requirement analysis, developing business needs into a proposed technical solution.

Serve as a reviewer to ensure designs align with the desired architecture and best practices for Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Learn about the current application architecture and desired outcomes, generating independent ideas on approaching solutions for use cases.

Stay aware of pre-built patterns and available integrations to highlight proposed solutions.

Aid in envisioning and crafting POCs (Proof of Concepts) or demos, even if not directly building them.

Communicate effectively with all levels of a customer's organization, translating technical topics into business-focused discussions.
Architectural Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 customer apps ecosystem and Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong domain knowledge in finance industry verticals.

Ability to facilitate solution design decisions across various aspects such as development, configuration, integration, infrastructure, security, licensing, availability, storage, and change management.

Experience in balancing business needs with functional and non-functional requirements.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.85/hour - $79.46/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
