Multi-Site Property Manager
Local Property Management Company
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee the management and operations of multiple properties between 10 and 60 units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple properties and teams, ensuring that each property meets or exceeds revenue and occupancy goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and vendor management.
Ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
Develop and implement leasing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue across all properties.
Supervise property staff to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient operations.
Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and partners.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with a track record of managing multiple properties.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
