· Character of a positive, attentive and otherwise sunny disposition is required for the Office Manager (OM), as often times, the OM may be the first point of contact for clients and vendors alike. Same disposition for our internal staff.

SPECIFIC to the work....
· Quickbooks expertise preferred. Will consider similar software expertise.
· Management of accounts payable including invoiced expenses, payroll, automatic payments, credit card usage and the writing of checks, according to various team member’s needs.
· Marketing liaison: update our website and social media with new completed jobs pictures and praise from happy clients.
· Establish the reporting system with each department for efficient response to financial transparency.
· Direct interaction with the accounting firms that will manage our business operations and tax needs. Provide the data for these accounting firms.
· Communicate with C level staff for approval of credit card use and signing of checks with the CEO’s signature stamp.
· Will adhere to financing terms and pricing schedule with our suppliers and venders.
· Serve as the general connecting point for our various divisions and relations with associated businesses and forward messages, etc to the appropriate team members.
· Periodically undertake special projects or duties to enhance the functionality of the company as quickly and efficiently as possible.
· Manage the company calendar, so as to assure interconnect ability among the team members, and assure efficient relaying or holding messages to match team members’ availability.
· Keep minutes of weekly meetings for action items and distribute to team members.
· Manage all insurance policies with the appropriate provider and provide guidance to team members’ questions. Acquire Certificates of Insurance (COI’s) as needed.

Pay: $49,553.00 - $69,957.00 per year
