We are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to fill lead teacher positions for our Summer BASE program. Our program serves children who are entering K-5th grade. We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively to lead activities, create lesson plans, communicate with families and provide excellent care. All adult applicants must have a high school diploma and employment is contingent upon background check. Experience working with children is preferred.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
```Duties:```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a variety of learning experiences that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Assess and monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and other necessary documentation
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
```Experience:```
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Understanding of literacy education for young learners
- Experience in special education or working with children with special needs is a plus
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
