We are searching for experienced an Medical Assistant / Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and Phlebotomy experience. Must be a self-starter and willing to learn about Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Intravenous Therapy & Wellness Supplements.
Position will include the following:
- Front Office (Greeting Patients, Check in, Check out, Answering Phones, Scheduling Appointments, Assisting Physicians and Collecting Payments, Personal Information & Medical Documentation as well as various other administrative duties).
- Communicating with patients, providers, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Report to Practice Manager as needed for special tasks and projects as needed.
- Excellent communication and writing skills is a must. Candidate must be able to multitask and work well with others. Must be able to deal with patients and co-workers in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner. Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy certificate is required.
Benefit Conditions: 90 day probation period and only full-time employees are eligible.
