Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in Gynecology, Pelvic Surgery, Orthopedic, Spine Surgery, and Pain Management, managing nursing staff, and ensuring quality patient care in a Ambulatory Surgery Center. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the management, supervision, and support of pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative RNs, Surgical Technicians and ancillary personnel employed by the surgery center
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards
- Provide guidance on nursing procedures including airway management, venipuncture, and aseptic techniques
Requirements:
-Proven experience in a supervisory role
-Knowledge of Gynecology, Pelvic Surgery, Orthopedic, Spine Surgery, and Pain Management
-Ability to manage nursing operations in a Ambulatory Surgery Center
-Proficiency in vital sign monitoring and venipuncture
-Strong leadership and communication skills
- Current state RN licensure
- Current ACLS and BLS certification is required.
- BSN; Diploma, or Associate Degree in nursing, with a minimum of five years perioperative experience.
Minimum of three years supervisory experience.

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
